In my therapeutic practice, I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment that fosters growth and self-discovery for mental health clients. My approach is client-centered, tailoring sessions to meet each individual's unique needs and circumstances. Clients work on recognizing and managing their emotions more effectively, aiming for greater emotional stability and resilience. As a therapist, I provide support for clients dealing with grief and loss, helping them navigate through the stages of grief and find ways to honor and remember their loved ones.
